Primus Trade2Get Private Limited allows you 3 days for Dhaka and 7 days for outside Dhaka, to return a product, if the delivered product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival) and/or Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts) and/or Delivered Product is “No longer needed” (you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the package). Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered.

You can return the product to us within this time frame, at your own expense, with your invoice and a completed and signed returns coupon. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return period. The deadlines mentioned above are effective from the date of receipt of the order. For device related issues after usage or the expiration of the return period, we will refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable). We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Return cost and associate charges remain the customer’s responsibility. Please be noted that certain items marked as non-returnable on product page are not eligible for return. Please be noted that this policy does not apply to our global brand products (If there is no warranty coverage in Bangladesh).

For reimbursements:

If the product is returned within return period, the User will be reimbursed via the same payment method as was used initially within 30 days from the date of receipt.
